Resistomap is an environmental antimicrobial resistance (AMR) monitoring company specialising in the quantification of antibiotic resistance genes across water, wastewater, agriculture, aquaculture, food systems, and environmental networks. Using high-throughput quantitative PCR (HT-qPCR), it transforms environmental DNA into measurable resistance indices, enabling early detection of emerging biosecurity risks before they become clinical crises.
